BlueSel Commercial Solar Rewards

Capitalize on the Solar Energy Boom

We reward you when you help a business go solar

You don’t have to install a solar energy system on your home or business in order to participate in the clean energy revolution taking place in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Whenever you refer someone from a business or an organization that ultimately decides to go solar, we generously reward you. This program is open to anyone. However we simply ask that you refer someone who is ready and willing to be contacted and will recognize your name when we call them. Please only refer someone responsible for a site in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.

You can sign up immediately even if you are not ready with a referral. We offer some examples below in the How the Rewards Work for You section. Of course, this is not a comprehensive list, but it gives you ideas about sites that can benefit from solar which you encounter every day!

Who Are the Commercial Solar Candidates?

Here are a few things you should know

BlueSel Commercial Solar concentrates on the small to mid-size solar energy marketplace. We offer a full range of design and installation services to a wide field of businesses and organizations. Whether operating for profit or as a non-profit, BlueSel Commercial is experienced at defining the best way to save the most in energy costs and finding the best financing alternatives.

We are best suited, but not limited, to offer our services to the following qualified customer profiles:

Existing Utility Customer

Operations that currently buy from one of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island power utilities like Eversource or National Grid will see the biggest savings from day one. Those buying from a municipal authority may also be candidates, however, many state and utility incentives are not always offered.

Quick Decision-making

We find local companies or national organizations with local management empowered to make financial decisions are able to work through the decision-making process quickly. As more people get involved in the buying process, final decisions can sometimes be extended for months. All are welcome, just be advised.

Larger Charges & Demand

The more electricity needed for any operation, the more opportunity there is to offset the demand with local generation from a solar energy system.

Locations with billing plans requiring substantial Demand Charges may also be good candidates for a solar and battery storage system. BlueSel Commercial Solar can offer a number of options based on each individual demand profile.

Suitable Rooftop

Commercial buildings with suitable rooftops are lowest in cost and quickest to design and install. Some tips to remember:
  • Flat roofs are ideal. Rubber is a preferred roofing material, too.
  • Roofing materials should have plenty of life left. BlueSel Commercial solar energy systems are designed to last as long as 40 years or more.
  • Minimum rooftop obstructions. Minimum shading.

Suitable Site

Not all building have suitable rooftops. In those cases, a solar energy system can be ground mounted. Additionally, parking lots can be ideal for solar canopies.
  • Ground mounted systems. Sufficient open, flat land is best. Trees can be removed, if needed.
  • Solar canopy systems.. Larger parking lots are best. Parking garage tops that are big enough are an option.
